So we decided to use him because supposedly my wife and his daughter were good friends in high school and my in laws had used him (but no more). The mistake I made was not getting pricing before hand. We had bought our own water heater, removed the old one and placed the new one where it goes. We just needed someone to cut and hook up up copper lines since the new water heater and old one were not the exact same size. So they came out and were there about 3 hours doing the job and I have no complaint about workmanship but the fee was $750. I spoke with him and he said that water heaters are flat rate jobs. So I guess flat rate fees means $250 a hour but what is not included is making sure it is installed up to code. He said that would have taken to long and cost more. So now I will find another plumber that is not $250 a hour to bring it up to code. So never trust your wife's recommendations on contractors and always get a price no matter who...

I have used Caputo for many different things over the years- they have replaced my water heater and done many plumbing things for me over the years. Today they replaced my HVAC system and arrived right on time and were extremely thorough and explained everything to me in great detail. They answered all of my crazy questions and were so nice and accommodating! Cameron and Logan made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns and walked me through every single thing they did and eased any anxieties I had. Very personable and extremely professional I couldn’t recommend them more! Also last time they came out I was pregnant and in the process of making my nursery and Chaz saw it and asked to pray for us and our baby! It has always stuck with me that he did that.. so sweet and just a really wholesome and genuinely good company all around. Five stars...
