This five stars is for the location and the staff. They were everything you could ask for in customer service. Highly recommend the location.

I liked cricket at first until my phone started messing up and when i go or call the store I'm told to call cricket customer service so i do and they act like I'm speaking some unknown language and won't help me with anything i need help with!! All they keep telling me is i will have to pay an arm and leg for a new phone when i don't need a new one i just need someone to help fix mine! I was charged $25 to get my number changed which was only supposed to cost me $15!! I'm to the point that I'm ready to leave cricket and find someone else! I will never refure anyone...

This is the best cricket store in town! I went in a bunch and was so impressed with Nejeer and his staff I had to buy two phone’s! I go back in from time to time as I need to pay a bill or upgrade, I just can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly they are!!! Highly recommend this...
