Salsa looked like everyone on staff had a turn spitting in it. The drinks we ordered were advertised as having mango juice, lemonade, and chamoy with a tajin rim… but when we tasted it, it tasted like kombucha. So when I asked for them to switch it out for an alternative, they said yes and brought someone who spoke English fluently. When she approached me, she was already visibly frustrated and asked what’s the problem while rolling her eyes. When I explained the situation, she stated the originally lady who took my order didn’t speak English, and that she couldn’t switch it out because the "drinks were already made". I asked what was actually in the drinks, and to my surprise, it had lime juice, tomato juice and mineral water… and so I explained that, that isn’t my burden to bare, as the drinks were falsely advertised. Becoming more physically upset, the lady said she’d only change one and if I wanted to switch out the other id have to pay for it… bare in mind I was already charged $10, for these garden flavored drinks.. and they couldn’t even give me a coke instead?? Then I asked for the remainder of my food. I ordered 9 tacos, quesadilla birria, flan, and churros. I paid $45. I only received the tacos, so I asked for the rest of my food and they told me it was never rung up…...
