Heath Eidson saved my life! And I'm not being dramatic. I had my tires rotated in my home town and then drove to Nashville, five hours away. My car started making a really weird sound. I happened to pull off the road, into a Marathon station. Something told me to drive across the street to the Shell station. As I parked, I saw this guy fixing a flat tire for another woman, in the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant. I asked him if he could look at my car and he didn't hesitate, even though I knew he looked really busy. He figured out, right away, that my wheel was about to fall off because the lug nuts were all loose. He drove me to his shop and got my car road ready for my drive back to Illinois. He refused to accept payment and he was so kind and thoughtful. When I think of what could have happened on Interstate 24 if that wheel had come off...my guardian angel got me to Heath's! This young man has integrity and kindness and honesty. He is an angel. And he deserves...

I am a long-time customer of this tire shop, and I felt it was time that I post a review to say that I have received, and continue to receive, the best customer service from both Adam, and Kenny... They work fast, and efficiently to serve every customer who drives into their location no matter how busy they get… and BELIEVE me, this store can get really busy... There have been times that I have waited while my car was being worked on, and I have witnessed both of these guys working non-stop to provide the best service that they can, in a timely manner. And most of all, I trust their work... I always feel safe with the repairs they have made... Kudos to both Adam and Kenny... You need to know that you are...

Had been to, or talked to, at least 15 other places about a tire issue I had. Not only did they hook me up with a great priced tire, but they did what almost every other company around said they couldn't. They were able to fix my aftermarket rim and get the tire mounted on it after i was told it couldn't be done so why would they even try. This company also, instead of getting me for the tire plug for the screw found in my other tire, was able to remove it and notice it didn't puncture all the way through, so a plug wasn't even needed.
