Throughout my class I had the most fun teacher ever ! Her style is a little unconventional but she’s very fair and you get what you put into it. Nikki will not give up on you if you don’t give up on learning and that is very important to me. There are a lot of classes that will teach you directly out of the book and that’s fine if that’s your learning style but the book is not real life. I recommend you take a class with Nikki because she will teach you what you need to succeed in a real workplace. Had Ms. Eve as my instructor and loved her. She was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She has so much experience and consistently passed those experiences on to her students. She gave us many tips for success not just in our course but the exam as well as our future roles as phlebotomist. The coursework was very comprehensive. It included information out of our scope but still beneficial and crucial for us to know. Ms. Eve made our labs feel safe and did her best to build our confidence and skill. Strong encouragement and reinforcements making us leave confident. You will be poked and you will be poking others, so come prepared physically and mentally. We did case studies, practice questions for the exam and videos. I feel very prepared for the next steps. Great team...

In my 27 years of life, I’ve had many instructors, teachers and professors but I would honestly say Ms. Dawn is by far the very best! In a short amount of time (3 weeks to be be exact) I feel more prepared than ever to hop into the Phlebotomy world. While taking my exam , reading through the questions I could hear her voice and all of the things that she taught our class helping me through. The clinical portion also made the exam make more sense. I highly recommend Ms. Dawn and the course in general. Please give her a raise . Lastly, if you are considering the Phlebotomy Training Specialist Course, I would HIGHLY recommend. It is quick and affordable compared to most programs .
