Address: 1188 Murfreesboro Pike Nashville, TN 37217. I visited this location on August 6, 2025 at 1:30 PM, and my experience was absolutely unacceptable. The employee taking orders (THIS WAS THE MANAGER). Who appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. I clearly stated twice that I wanted a 3-piece tenders meal, Cajun rice, and a sweet tea. She asked me to repeat the order, and I confirmed the same items again.
When I got to the window, she handed me a regular 3-piece meal not tenders. I politely explained that I had asked for tenders, and instead of correcting the mistake professionally, she argued with me and claimed I didn’t say that. She then became visibly angry and told me to pull forward. I stayed at the window to understand why she was so upset with a customer who clearly stated their order, and I even tried to diffuse the situation calmly.
She eventually brought out the tenders and told me not to return the incorrect meal. I asked her again if she was sure, and she just looked at me angrily without saying a word no apology, no accountability. On top of that, the Cajun rice was cold and clearly old.
As a reporter, I take customer service seriously, and I will be reporting this experience publicly. I strongly advise the public not to visit this location until serious changes are made. The manager should be held accountable for allowing this level of unprofessionalism to continue. This store needs leadership that values customer service and respects the people who keep the business running. The paying customers.

I had called about this issue previously and was instructed by the manager to come back but no the guy said he was the GM and he was not losing money. Really!! I explained everything to him and it went from bad to worse.
