The address does not take you to the exact location. It takes you to the middle of a road in the middle of an industrial complex area. They have no signs up at all indicating where they are. Once you spend 20 minutes looking for them and circling other buildings that look identical to one another, you finally find the place. They also don't do a good job mentioning you need to make an appointment to even come in. When you walk up it's a door with a big lock and camera on it with a buzzer. I called, wondering if I could come in and check out some of there inventory. The salesman told me that this could not happen because SOME of the cars they have are restricted. This makes absolutely no sense at all to me. So I asked "Well how do you sell any cars then?" He responded sharply: "Thanks for calling." I understand having certain collectibles you don't want displayed around the public, but to not even let potential buyers, enthusiasts, passerby's etc even into the building without being glared at by a camera and needing to make an appointment is honestly ridiculous and insulting. Must I be pre approved to enter your palace? Because if so, I'm just gonna go to someone who will invite me in, discuss models I'm interested in with me, just because of their passion for cars. If I have to go through the hassle of trying to set up an appointment just to get in the door, then you can forget my business because I'm just going to go to every other...

Couldn't thank John, one of the 2 owners at Velocity, more and am becoming a loyal customer. Have been shopping for an exotic a while and was considering a Ferrari 458 and then McLaren 720s. John really put himself in my shoes and educated me on the potential cost of ownership (I go through cars fairly quickly, less than a year ownership usually) and helped me hand pick the best value exotic I can buy (landed with a Performante) at a price retail consumer would never be able to get, backed by the realistic car sales data he has access to. I also buy from out of my state which adds the complexity but John handles the entire process with transparency and integrity. Car was delivered to me as described, did not miss a single thing.

With a high dollar car transaction, integrity is really a necessity in the transaction but often times very hard to find until I met John.
