Stay far away from this company. Ordered a product on Amazon that said it was “Amazon Renewed” but it was really from them, said it was going to delivered, wasn’t going to be on time, so I canceled. They use a strange shipping company called SEKO and I requested the package to be returned to sender. They disregarded that request and called me the next day to schedule a delivery, I again asked to return to sender. Now the package is sitting in Nashville and they refuse to refund me my money. I don’t have the package, and I think it’s at this their warehouse. Now I have to call my bank, dispute the charge with Amazon, because all this company does is send a canned response (they must have A LOT of unhappy customers) all the negative reviews are 100% spot on. Read moreI tried to be a loyal customer. I like being able to sit down with someone and discuss my appliance needs. Refrigerator delivered late in the evening with wrong door swing .Had to wait for another person or team to come out and change the door swing. They didn't see to know why they were called out to my place. Door swing did get corrected but then no nuts/bolts to affix the door handles and they bent the GE emblem. Am told I have to have a whole new fridge. Delivery people arrive only to discover the replacement fridge is damaged. I say can we just take the hardware from that fridge and make the installed fridge right. They accomplished this but there was no GE emblem. Still waiting for the emblem plug and am having to chase it down....

I head toward the main offices and locked. Have to ring bell. Receptionist says I have to have a bar code. That bar code does not exist on email or Amazon account. She calls two different ppl, tells them I’m very angry (frustrated but not “angry”). Finally tells me to drive to back and go to dock 5. You literally hang out where the trucks back in and hope to flag down a warehouse worker who can assist. Absolutely terrible process. Roll the dice and have it delivered instead.
