In My Opinion Super 1 Foods has some of the worse Fruits!! Your Fruits have Never kept for more than 2 days in my refrigerator, & beforr you jump to any assumptions, my refrigerator is set st the proper temperature!! Maybe you all need to check your dates on your fruits!!??!!? Its a real SHAME TO SPEND THE HIGH PRICE THATS ON YOUR FRUIT AND IT GO BAD IN LESS THAN 2 DAYS AFTER WALKING OUT THE STORE. I GUESS ITS MY FAULT FOR NOT BRINGING IT BACK TO YOU ALL & MAKING A COMPLAINT!! REST ASSURED THAT IF I WHERE TO BUY ANY MORE, ( Which iWill NOT) I WOULD BRI G IT BACK. Read moreRecently visited my local Super One in Natchitoches and while I was putting my groceries into my trunk, a cart was pushed by the wind and struck my car door, causing two dents. The young man who took my complaint was very apologetic and said he would contact me later to gather information, which he did. There was no follow up for a couple of weeks and I received a random letter in the mail simply stating Brookshires looked into the matter and deemed they were at no fault. If your parking lot and stray carts were tended to accordingly by the employees you hire for this sole purpose, then perhaps my car would not have received this damage. I'm not one of these unrealistic people who would say "you'll be hearing from my attorney" but I am disappointed that your multi million dollar company could not assist in situations like this or even offer a true explanation of why you feel yoir company...

Went to check out at a register that appeared to be open because there was someone checking out, and was told that register was closed. So we moved to the only other open register to wait and check out. Another lady goes to the register I just left and was allowed to checkout at that register. When questioning what looked like to be the manager, she said, “since she already had an item up there, she could go ahead.” Mind you, this customer walked up after I was told to move.
