I had to wait 5 minutes to order in the drive through, which is expected on a Saturday. But, once I finally got to the speaker to order, in a regular ordering voice, I asked for my order. She said she couldn't hear me, so I repeated my order again just a tad bit louder. She said again she was having trouble hearing me sp I got louder, she cut me off and told me to pull up. Then, she never came to the window. She made two people's order inside and possibly took another person's order. She also took the person's order who was in line behind me. I called in at 11am on a Thursday. There was one staff member on duty that I could see. The two seats were upside down on the one table in the place. After 5 minutes and serving a drive through customer that turned up after me, the staff member finally acknowledged me. On the road headed to Florida. My daughter has a restricted diet so we went out of our way to come here so she could eat. When we arrived 8 minutes after scheduled opening there was a worker standing outside in the cold rain waiting. He said he didn't have the key to open up the shop and he said it'd be about an hour.
