This would have been 5 stars....but I explained to them that I a bad back and would need some help getting my old furniture out and loaded into the bed of my truck before the new sectional could go inside and was told no problem.The 1 delivery guy shows up no helper with him and me and my daughters bf had to get the old set out. The delivery guy sat in his truck then we unloaded the new set and brought it in the delivery guy unloaded the cushions he had in the back seat. He didnt even stay to help set it up. My back has been killing me for 2 days now. Also thier communication is less than desireable I asked that they call when headed this way so I could get some additional help here and no one called.Now on the otherside the office lady and falon are likeable and polite. Work on customer service and communication is key.Fullfill obligation to provide complete delivery as I have never had to unload and carry in furniture from any other store ever unless I opted to take it home with me. The winkbed mattress they have is the most comfortable bed i have had. Its great for my back and I have tried a 8k sterns and foster and sent it back. Financing was easy and falon is great to work with. I updated my original review after I received a call from them asking what they could do.
