I made a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready by 7:24pm. I arrive and I can see my ticket is still sitting on the counter, not made. I didn’t end up receiving my order until 7:59pm. And more issues before this even happened. (1) When I went inside to pick up my order, I wasn’t acknowledged until maybe 10 minutes later. There were multiple employees just standing around doing nothing. An employee just looked at me and said “what do you need?” And before I could answer, walked away. (2) When I finally got my order (well after 30 minutes of waiting, plus the entire time being over 45 minutes from when my order said it was ready for pickup) the chicken tenders were TINY! I’m talking about less than 2”, all three of them! (3) My fries weren’t even warm. They weren’t even just a lukewarm or cool, they were ice cold. Like they were still frozen. (4) They forgot my sauces and when I politely asked “excuse me when you get a moment, could I have two blackened ranches?” the employee just looked at me, grossed out, grabbed the sauces and tossed them to me across the counter. I thanked her and all she did was roll her eyes and shake her head. (5) After waiting in the store for 30 minutes for my food to be ready, at 7:59pm I was told “we’re out of spicy tenders, do you want to wait 10 minutes for them to come out?” 30 minutes of waiting for an order that should have already been packaged and ready for pick-up, and you’re asking me if I want to wait an additional 10 minutes because you don’t have what I want? She delivers our order, without us checking, she comes running out asking us if we ordered chicken several times. We told her yes, it's chicken we ordered.
Got home, checked our order, missing large fries, regular red beans and rice, and 2 cinnamon apple pie.
Very unacceptable since they are not verifying there ticket order and missing items. Popeye's automated help serviced offered $3.xx refund for all missing items. This is a joke for the amount of money paid and missing items. The line items and total doesn't even add up.

If someone is ordering, show care to that guest, take the order and then address the others that need more help(already serviced guest) it shocked me to see the manager walk away from me 4 times trying to order a mashed potato.first off its a rush so employees should not be in the lobby chillin with guest.
