We appreciate all of your business and can’t thank you enough and for the a select few. That may have had an issue with a tire that you had found yourself. As always we do apologize but we do not check tires you bring in yourself. We do our part when you bring a tire. We mount and balance any and all tires. We do not check for any leaks unless you ask because if it needs repaired their is an additional cost. And if you bring your own. You better trust what your bringing because we take your word it’s good. If it’s not that’s on you. I understand people like to say it’s someone else’s fault and never their own. But if it’s our fault we take 100% care of it and make it right. If you bring your own tire. You automatically assume it’s good or you wouldn’t pay to have it mounted. Because if it’s bad that charge will still need paid. We understand people get bad tire’s from other people. We know how life is. The did not have my tire size. I found a smaller tire and ask if they thought it would work. they said yes and charged to remove old tire and replace with used one i brought in...

thing is after they install the tire on the rim they never checked the wheel for air leaks. I am not mad they charged me for the work but i think they should check every used tire they install for leaks...wasted my time changing the newly used tire because it would not hold the air...

i am glad they tried (and even appreciative ) and don't mind they charged me but they should have been like sorry this tire is not holding air on that rim, but they never did the soapy water test so i install the wheel and when i sat my car down i noticed ...

Edit update: back for 2nd time for a 3rd visit they still are not checking tires for leaks but they are fast and consistent... they did warn me before installing one tire that it had dry wall so that was good...

Overall not bad for a non national chain mom...

I have a daughter attending Hocking College. She had a flat tire and had to put the spare on for a night. I directed her to Dana's without know anything about the shop. I called the shop from 2 hours away and spoke with Dale. Dale told me to ask for him when she arrived and he would take care of her. Dale suggested a used tire first to keep the cost down but unfortunately did not have one. The price for the new tire was not unreasonable and therefore made me feel they were not opportunistically taking advantage by price gouging. I appreciate Dale's customer service and overall attitude toward taking care of the car immediately for her. Thanks for the good job and great experience.
