U Health Spa — Local services in Neptune Township

The massage was good ...but I literally only had 68 dollars in my wallet . When I got to check out ..she said 60$ so I gave her 68$ (8$ tip) and she said sorry minimum tip is 10$ !!!! I just didn't have it so she said " I'll let it go this time..next time you can pay me" How rude...I'm a professional dog groomer and would never EVER say that to a client !!! I'm happy with anything and yes sometimes I get no tip. It's just bad business...not going back. In regards to your owner response an apology would have been greatly appreciated but instead you are defending yourself. I do not doubt that your masseuses work hard , as do I and so many other professionals. I was hoping my comment would make you think twice about treating another client as I was or that you would at least put up a sign letting clients know they are subject to a tip minimum....I have the money and would usually give more if I had but it's not about me.. I think about someone that doesn't have the money and you would make them feel like garbage....☹️...

I have been struggling to get a massage between the hours at the hospital and just the hecticness that is this world. I was desperately searching for a place, calling all of my local massage suites one by one with no avail. U Health Spa answered my call and told me to come in 10 minutes; believe me I drove and made it in 5. Sarah was amazing!!!!! If you're looking for a deep tissue massage, she's your girl. She was able to fit me in for a 60 minute full body deep tissue massage and it was heaven. She addressed all of my knots, even ones I did not realized were present. She was extrmely kind and professional. I will definitely be coming back to be blessed by her hands. She works every day except Thursday. Thank you...

1st time i went i had a good massage and the price was good too so no complaints. I go in a few months later, i made an appointment with the same person i had before and this time they told me i had to pay $10 more than last time and upfront which i thought was weird. Then starts the massage; i was massaged with an uncomfortable towel covering my back for well over 10 min and when i look up to ask if she could stop, i see it's not even the person i made the appointment with. Then afterwards as soon as i literally got out of the room, i get asked to tip. Unprofessional is an understatement;...
