DG Market — Local services in Neshannock Township

Old reviews..since Im stuck going there right now. The only reason to give the store 3 stars are the majority of the employees are very nice and friendly. They try to be helpful. Prices on most products are like going to shop at a convenience store. Only shop there for greeting cards cleaning supplies and the sort. Food items are extremely high. if you have to buy its a hit and miss. Lastly the FDA recalled Jiff and I had bought and ate some before I seen online the recall. I called the store. It must of been a night manager that answered. She said If I have the receipt to bring it in. My thought was. It shouldn't of been on the shelf and she should of asked if I were ok and did you open it or eat any of it. But I got my money back and so far haven't had to go to the hospital from being sick. Thanks Dollar General. Please make store bigger. Bigger parking lot. Sale veggies..close and open. Save-alot there. Sincerely dont like dollar general stores. And yes soon as Im able to drive again. They might see me one time in every couple months. Hope they close and something else opens there. Only good thing about it. 3 or 4 of nice employees. The rest can disappear. I do like a good dollar store. Mind you, everything in the store is not priced at $1.00. They do have a little bit of everything making it a nice place to stop in and browse around. I would call this a small scale department store with some food. The prices are pretty good, making this a nice stop for odds and ends shopping. They do carry a nice line of holiday and seasonal items at the appropriate times. They have longer open hours and friendly employees. I couldn't find what I was looking for, and one of the employees stopped what he was doing to personally escort me to the right area in the store... Yep, there it was! My only complaint is their driveway and parking lot; not a lot of space and on a hill. (So hang on to your cart!) If you haven't stopped in lately, stop by and see what you have...

Another great Dollar Store. They have a little bit of everything to choose from. You can buy grocery items, paper products, clothing, gift cards, tobacco products, make up, heigyne products, toys, household items, laundry soap and supplies, various car needs, towels, dishes, movies, birthday/thank you/ect./cards, Tupperware, seasonal decorations...honestly the list goes on. They truly have become a store that you can get most of what you need without the hassle of a larger store and on top of that they are competitively priced, if not lower than their competitors. Plus they have nice and helpful staff. I honestly do the majority of my shopping there, with the exceptions of meats, fresh produce, and the occasional brand of a particular brand...otherwise you'll see me at...
