Paid $270 for a beginning wheel throwing class. I show up and the woman in the front office, the face of the establishment, rolled her eyes at me when I asked where to go for the class. She was incredibly rude. I get to the room and find out that the beginner instructor is on vacation for the first two weeks of the session. They never informed the students about this. We have to work with someone who's clearly uninterested in teaching beginners. Doesn't help me except for the first 45 minutes of class. Then sits at a wheel and makes her own pieces. I'm told to stop and start cleaning up with absolutely no direction. I start watching others to figure out what to do. The "teacher" leaves the room to go take care of something and never returns.
