My tire pressure light came on as I was traveling to my sister's wedding. I pulled over to a gas station to see what was wrong and found a screw in my tire. Luckily, the gas station was right next to Hawkins Tire Repair. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday, and they were closed, along with almost every other repair shop. Through some miracle, one of the workers happened to pull up to the shop as I was figuring out what to do. When I knocked on the door, he offered to fix my tire, even though they were technically closed. In five minutes, and for a great price, he fixed my tire. He did a great job, too, as it got me the rest of the 200 miles to the wedding, the 300 miles back, and is atill holding strong. The costumer service was unmatched. These guys are absolutely professional and courteous and more importantly trust worthy. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with them on everything from engine replacements to tires and alignments and you won’t find better anywhere. A hidden gem in Mississippi. I’ve watched them go above and beyond out of their way to help not only myself but countless others as well. If you’re in need of a trust worthy professional mechanic- this IS the place you’ll wanna go. Do not waste your time with this place. I called in advance to make sure they had a specific set of tires in stock for me because I live 1 hour away. I was told by the manager that they did have them in stock. I drive the one hour distance to get them. Upon my arrival there was a young dirty-looking kid that they put on my service. He either was high or just didn't care too much about the job. I was then told that they did not have a set of tires they only had two which contradicted our previous conversation. the manager comes out and he argues with me and tells me that he told me over the phone he only had two which was a...
