That Stereo Shop — Local services in Neville Township

I recently had a remote starter and keyless entry system installed. First of all let me say that I had booked an appointment already when a couple days later there was a Groupon for That Stereo Shop for a remote starter system at half price. It wasn't even the same one I was getting but these guys still applied a big portion of the discount they were offering on the groupon to my installation. On top of that, once everything was installed they walked me through everything and told me that one part of the system wasn't functioning properly because of defective part on my vehicle. They actually said the replacement was so easy that if I purchased the part and brought it back in they would throw it on for free...just because they wanted to make darn sure there were no issues with their installation. Suffice it to say I was impressed. I will certainly be choosing these guys for any future electrical/stereo related work my cars need in the future, and I've already been recommending them to anyone I know who might need their services. I like my remote car starter no issue at all with that but the customer service was the pitts!!! took them twice as long to install was told 3 hrs it took them 6 1/2hrs. I was told there would be no additional charge for the service when I went to pick up the car the older gentleman asked if I was told about the additional charge when I stated there was no additonal charge I was told to "relax" and when I asked for a reciept for the service the same gentleman threw his hands in the air and said "lady you didn't buy anything from us what do you want a reciept for" my eyes must have almost fallen out of my head he then said you got your reciept from groupon and the warranty is in the box in your car ( as if I knew the box was in car) he then picked up the phone and intercomed for someone else to assist me. at this point I was thrilled...lol a nice young man went through the demonstration for me but by this point I was already disgusted with this place....maybe he was having a bad day, but regardless I will not...

IMO. Jace is probably going to do your music or remote starter. Now please hear me on this. I live in Pittsburgh I looked every where before going to Jace at the stereo Shop. This no nonsense straight to the point, the most reasonably inexpensive guy. Will give you the greatest experience that you will ever get going to an audio shop! I swear before God And he's is like lightening fast. I went at 2pm I was completely happy and professionally installed by 4:30. I will never go to another person. Im giving you facts. He's attentive, and he will not try to make you go outside your means. What you have he will install A++ grade. Im a real customer and this is after looking at all the big shops your gonna see when you type audio place near me. Im grateful for this man Jace. Go see him and tell him Bella Dutch...
