RMU Island Rapids Outdoor Miniature Golf — Local services in Neville Township

We have been here for both hockey (playing and spectating) and mini golf. The hockey facilities are nice (as long as you don't get a balcony "locker room") with three sheets of ice (one of which is "outdoors" under a pavilion). The snack bar has a wide variety of food and beverages for a reasonable cost. Ample parking is available.

The mini golf course is between the hockey arena and the golf bubble/dome. They offer an 18-hole putt putt with a variety of obstacles and layouts. The holes are modified from time to time to change the location of the cup which adds replayability.

It’s easily one of the best mini golf courses I’ve ever played. Well-kept and interesting. I’ve come here a lot.

Only thing popped up this time was that there are typically two pool skimmers/nets at the two bigger water features for if your ball goes into the water (a couple greens are missing the edges purposefully, so it’s likely your ball may go in/it’s designed to go in), but those were missing from the course on 5/21/2023. I spoke with Bill at the golf dome who helped check us in, he said he’d make sure someone would put them out.

Very hidden gem in the heart of the Ohio River. Anyone can come to play here, and for a very decent price. Its one course though compared to others, but you get some good views of the Ohio River in places, and its on a well maintained course.

We came here on a whim one day and it was empty, still staff were happy to see us and were quick to have us start. ~
