Disorganized company with horrendous customer support. Confirmed online and by phone that I have autopay enabled, and even received a payment receipt. The next day, was hit with a late fee for nonpayment - how is this possible? When I called the phone number in their automated text notification to ask - it was disconnected. When I clicked the URL in their automated text notification to look online - it points to an expired domain. When I finally got hold of someone by email, Tiffany proved to be uncaring or uncomprehending by responding that "the automated system automatically charges a late fee" instead of answering any of the questions about how autopay did not trigger or how I was supposed to fix this when all of their official correspondences provide invalid information.
Skip this company, and use someone that actually pays attention to their supporting...

You Must Give A 30 Day Notice and they do Not Pro-rate your time. There website gives you no control over anything other than making a payment. Any changes you have to call and hope someone answers.
