This place has great reviews and it was convenient for me to stop by so I did today. All the snacks I got were stale. They were western snacks instead of Indian Pakistani so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. I bought three different brands of milk chocolate bars and they were all really bad. The chocolate was white (it's supposed to be brown milk chocolate). The cashier was nice. The door makes a loud beeping noise when you enter and exit. EDIT: I can't respond to the business on Google Maps. Thank you for answering. It wasn't just the chocolate. I bought chips and cookies as well and those were also stale. I threw away $30 worth of food. I have bought chocolate at many, many other places, all over the world, and haven't run into this. I looked it up, and yes, that's what happens with temperature changes. Three different bars of chocolate all had this issue from the store. So it seems like temperature fluctuations aren't regulated at the store? This is concerning for health reasons.

This is the best store I ever visited. They have wide variety of items. Asian medditaranian. Pita breads are the best and Vadilal ice cream the girl in the store suggested me was out of the world. Must try matka rose pistachio ice cream and frozen paratas are to good. Everything right next door. The corriander leaf I got today was fresh as the farm picked. Very glad that we have the store nearby.

Was happy to visit the store. However, quite the opposite feeling, after coming home and slicing up beef salami i found this inside. No expiration date either and it looks expired. Also, some of the chocolate at the register are expired, too. No price stickers on some produce. Unfortunately, that was my experience today ;-( . January 14th, 2022

This store is all that the south asian UMD students and New Bedford community needed.

You name an Indian grocery you get in this store. Best part is you can finish all your groceries errands in one go, affordable, on the bus route, free delivery to regency and what not?

Fresh stock and affordable pricing. No more trips to far off Indian/bangladeshi and Pakistani stores..New Bedford/Dartmouth is blessed :D

Fresh Indian vegetables are available on demand and stock - ask at the counter for the veggies. Do ask for student discount.

Try their Lebanon dry fruits and deep branded banana chips -- just yum :)

P.S. - Probably the only where I could find Maggi in New Bedford!!
