Called and made an appointment for my refrigerator to be fixed and was told they would be there that day between 1-3. By 4 nobody had showed up so I called back and was told he was running late but would still be there. Never showed up. Called a few times the next day and nobody picked up. At one point the call did pick up but I was hung up on. I called right back and again nobody picked up. Will be bringing my business elsewhere. Unreliable and horrible...

Was in your store today for an hour, door was wide open, no one to be found though. Yelled and screamed for someone to help. Was supposed to pick up a washer for my wife. Might wanna be more attentive… someone could have robbed you lucky I’m an honest person and just left. Just hung out waiting for help for legit and hour.
