Was unloaded in a reasonable amount of time. However I was asked to drop my trailer, because the tractor wouldn't fit inside to close the door. Werner truck shows up while I'm getting unloaded, also does not fit inside enough to close the door, but did not have to drop his trailer. Hmm? I parked on the end of the lot, to finish my 10 hours(1hour 48 minutes left), fork lift operator comes and ask how much longer will I be sitting here(38 minutes left by this time), because second shift doesn't like trucks sitting. 😑 Seems like since he is the only forklift driver working the dock, he would be more concerned about the loaded trucks waiting, rather than the one that's unloaded(me). Old man with grey hair and hat at receiver office don't like you going in to check in with paperwork. He expect you to sit in the truck and then he will come out and pick random trucks to back into docks not knowing which came first. He don't go in order. He selects someone that came here last instead of the one ones that's been waiting for hrs. This makes people late for next load. They load all local outbound trucks first before Receiving opens. Around 7:30am someone will check to see who is waiting to deliver, and everyone waiting will be assigned a dock at that time, not earlier.
