Second time here ever and it looks like the rumors are true.. each time the unloader was very rude, upset I was 45 min early on a load I picked up that morning. Not a single other driver ever showed up and yet they didn’t start unloading for over an hour. I had 6 skids. I tried explaining that I had a rough week and would even offload the skids myself but as u can guess he didn’t care. After 2 hours he finally finished..Just give a little respect and stop being so damn lazy.. all these reviews speak for themselves. Coming here as a trucker...

Be careful with this company. The thieves work here. At Monday I made delivery wine to this company, when I got unloaded- trailer was completely empty and clean. They gave me Signed BOL and in cornet was notice by really small letters “10 cases damaged in transit”. After 3 days received claim for $427. They stole 10 cases of wine. In my understanding: if cases wore damaged and refused, it must be left in trailer. Why I must pay for cases taken...

They start loading at 08:00, i had my appointment at 09:00 and they didn't take in because I was early and they're "appointment strict". Well what's the deal with letting someone in late? The 08:00 came in 15 minutes late and they loaded him up first, then me. That truck was also a broker, like me. Not sure why there was leeway on his end and not mine. Wait a minute i thought we were strict on times?!! Not sure why I was treated less, one...
