Vyve Broadband — Local services in New Boston

Let's be realistic for a minute. For the last 8 years I have had less than a handful of problems from this company in my area. Living in an "under developed area," Internet options are limited. Most of the problems I have experienced were MAJOR problems that "managers" can't fix. Severe weather, electrical power outages, or even physical damage to a data center or its building. Anything from an earthquake to a simple car accident can damage infrastructure and cause an outage. (Never have I seen it down for over 24 hours) in 8 years! Sad to see so many people complaining and leaving bad reviews, because they couldn't drown their feelings in C.O.D or Hulu for a couple hours. They are the BEST...

Happy with Vyve Internet, but I only use 1 TV on about 4 hrs.a day, I live alone and am on low income Disability. I dont Need high Speed, just the cheapest- its jumped from about $39. now to $71.01. I've only had it for 2 yrs., I did call customer service they lowered it by $6. I was hoping for it not to get above $59.00. All was very friendly over my concerns, Vyve is still the best internet service for in Mena, Arkansas. And the most pleasent to deal with. Do not use this internet/tv provider!!! Raises our bill every four to six months. Three years ago our bill was around $80 and now we are at around $220. TV freezes up all the time and the internet is up and down all the time as well. This is by far the worst internet/tv provider I have ever had in my life and I have lived from coast to coast.
