If you're in the market for a reliable forklift, steer clear of Crown. Their quality is shockingly poor! They fail to honor their warranty commitments and take months to address claims.

At our facility, we maintain a fleet of approximately 100 Crown devices, while our other locations have transitioned to Raymond. Whether leased or owned, every single unit we've received has come with complications. If this is the standard of 'made in America,'...
