I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received on 3 visits recently. Once I entered the store the 1st visit, Joe waited on me. He was very helpful with my questions, then Joe brought Lori over. I was amazed with her: Customer service, friendliness, eagerness to help, very polite & kind. She was very attentive, trustworthy. It was refreshing to have that level of service. 2nd Visit, I also chatted with Jill a bit while Lori was helping another customer, Jill was helpful, very sweet. I bought a couch!!!! Excellent quality furniture. It was hard to not buy more! I will be back. Thank you Gilberg's. Great service still exists! K.S. UPDATE: Couch was delivered 08/04/23, since it was a floor model, I "expected" I'd find something wrong or I'd be unhappy with, since I could look it over much better on all sides. I am amazed with how the quality looks compared to my old (different brand, different retailer) couch. The first time I sat on it, I knew I did good! I HIGHLY recommend going to Gilberg’s & hooking up with LORI! What a gem! Immediately connected with her due to her genuine kindness & knowledge of all the items we were looking for (couch, chair, end table, ottoman, different fabrics, etc). She was not pushy at all - which we loved! Lori was extremely helpful, took her time, welcomed that we took our time making decisions, answered all our questions & explained everything very well. Was our first time there...what beautiful things!! Customer service was top-notch!! I was contemplating whether a small table would look appropriate between two chairs that I had at home and the next thing I knew, Joe and another gentleman picked up two chairs and brought them over by the table that I was looking at and arranged things so I could get a better idea!
