If I could give it less of us star I would. I took it because the top had come off my laptop they quoted me a price and then raised it by $65. When I went to pick it up there were wires hanging out of it so I left it for them to fix it again. Days later I pick it up again and he doesn't even come out to talk to me someone else hands me the computer I get home and it's nothing but black screen. There is no way I was taking it back to them again. I disputed the charge and got my money back. I sent it out to another shop neither the screen cable nor the camera cable or even hooked up and there was six screws missing to hold the computer together so obviously he did basically nothing. According to the shop I took it to they have no business touching...

These guys are top notch! Had a server failure, would cancel the rest of the business day. One phone call and 15 mins later the server was diagnosed and worked on. All parts were available in the shop. Less than an hour later, the office is up and running again. 5 stars all...
