I love Byrne sewing connection! I recently bought a juki 2020pe, I have always been a Bernina girl... and decided it was time for a change. This is the 7th sewing machine and 2 vacuum cleaners’ over a 30 year spanI from Debbie Byrne. The customer service is beyond any exceptions you could have! 5 years ago I moved to South Carolina and at any time can call and speak with Debbie or any of her staff! The juki was shipped at me, and had an issue with the foot pedal, after face timing with Debbie we were able to trouble shot the issue, a new machine was then shipped to me with in 3 days that was perfect! Another face time session with Jess and Debbie and the first machine was shipped back! Debbie Byrne has always been my go to bernina/sewing/vacuum girl! I have been sewing for decades but I wanted to learn machine embroidery and quilting. I was also looking for a new brother machine. I started researching online and found that the items I wanted were available at Byrne Sewing Connection. I live about an hour away but decided to check them out. I am so glad I did. Not only do they carry an extensive array of sewing accessories, but they also have unique and beautiful fabrics. And plenty of sewing machines. Everyone I have met has been knowledgable, helpful and nice. You can tell they like working there which says a lot. I bought a new sewing/embroidery machine, which they taught me how to utilize all its functions. They also provide instruction/classes in a multitude of areas. Everything from sewing beginners to advanced quilting and embroidery. You learn so much and have great fun, I would recommend trying one. You won’t regret it. I used to make most of my own clothes, until the cost of fabrics made it cheaper to buy the already made clothes, but I continued different sewing projects over the years. When it came time to buy a new machine, I checked at one of the larger fabric stores and realized I didn't know what I was doing. The newer sewing machines are so different. I needed help! My hunch was right. One of the employees was only too glad to walk me through the process of picking a new machine within the price I had in mind. She spent at least an hour with me, answered my questions, had me try several different machines in my price range and re-explain things as many times as was necessary for me to get the right machine.
