Apple Blossom is simply stunning! My husband and I had our wedding here on September 17th, 2022. The communication from Penny and the team from the beginning was seamless, efficient, and so informational. Penny was so sweet, attentive, and handled all our questions with detail and care. Fast forward to the big weekend, and it could not have been more perfect of a property. We are from MI originally, but my husband and I have called Colorado home for many years, and were actually not able to tour our venue prior to arriving for our wedding weekend due to scheduling conflicts. Penny allowed my parents to visit in our place, and while I got rave reviews from my family who toured, it truly doesn’t do it justice till you see it for yourself in person. We had the property for a 4 day weekend, and hosted the full bridal party on-site. For the days leading up to the wedding, the amenities were amazing. So many things you need for day to day are provided in the home, and with the weather being as perfect as it was (75-80 degrees late Sept) we got amazing use out of the pool, hot tubs, outdoor deck areas, basketball court, and so on. We hosted our rehearsal dinner on-site the Friday prior to the wedding, and had the full event on Saturday 9/17. The multiple houses on-site allowed for separation of bride and groom and those standing to get ready without seeing one another. The property both inside and outside also has so many wonderful photo opps. It’s beautifully well kept and decorated. The yard was so big we set up our ceremony parallel to the main house, held cocktail hour on the pool deck, and held the reception in the tent. Our guests RAVED about the property and how beautiful it was. The astroturf in the reception tent was a genius addition, and us, our families, and best of friends never wanted to leave. When we were searching for venues, nothing felt like it would encompass our vision. Outside of the day of, one huge thing we wanted for our weekend was a place for the bridal party to all stay together, versus separate hotel rooms. Apple Blossom was the perfect combination of both, and renting private was the best vendor choice we made. Thank you SO much Apple Blossom, Penny, Jorge, and team. 5 STARS! I highly recommend Apple Blossom Resort! We stayed & had our wedding weekend at Apple Blossom in early October. From the start, Penny was so wonderful to work with and the owners were also extremely accommodating when we worked with them as well. I am in the wedding industry and had many requests along the way, but they handled them flawlessly. The grounds were just stunning, they are constantly putting in new plants and making adjustments to improve the grounds. We were able to have our welcome party & wedding at the Resort. Our family was able to stay on the property and we had a shuttle come from a nearby hotel for the remainder of the guests. The pool was heated and we were able to use it in OCTOBER! The hot tubs were great and the new tent on the property was perfect for our reception. I had a question about the sound system & lights during our weekend and Penny was on it immediately and walked me through it. I never dreamed that I would one day I might host an event of my own there. After my husband lost his brave, two-year battle with cancer, it was serendipity that lead me to choose theirbApple Blossom Resort as the setting to celebrate his amazing life. From my first meeting with Meg and tour of the property, I knew I had found the perfect partners, setting and venue. Meg and Jorge, the owners of this beautiful property, could not have been more gracious in helping me navigate planning a celebration of my wonderful husband’s life during the most painful time of my own. The venue was perfect and the celebration was amazing. The three houses on the property are beautifully appointed and the pool (yes, we swam in November!), hot tubs and fire pits were terrific.
