Attention safety alert ( not an five start place , not even a star.!!!!! The iltialian beef sandwich , made me feel sick to my stomach. I had to force myself to vomit because I kept gaging from the poor quality meat that tasted like an week old , dry and it wasn't sessions nor was french fries even thou the guy said they r . They gave me broth from the juices of the leftover meat in an plastic container beside iltialian ranch that was appose to be on the side. The meat was too thick to even be consider an iltialian beef . I had to throw most of the sandwich away whiling only leaving the bun. There was hardly none peppers , there was no lettuce . It was an literally an plain meat sandwich. The chesses all hanged on the outside .nothing in the inside . Ppl eat for enjoyment and the work out into their food . There was no love , care, consideration , the owner made me wait outside despite it still being open . The customer service was very poor . He even lied about having one dollar bills . I hope everyone read this and stop support Roma . It's an disgrace, can't even make french fries right . It was the most thoughtless food and service. Worst place I've eaten in new buffalo. I grew up here and it's sad to have a place like this around. Dont go there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to force myself to throw up because I was afraid I might get food poison. I’ve never left a negative review, but this place has earned it. I have ordered from Roma for almost 5 years but the last time I tried was the worst experience I’ve had with them. They’re definitely going down hill. I called at 4:04pm for a pizza and salad, was told a hour wait(which is normal for them) so I patiently waited for my food. At 4:50pm about when my food should arrive, I get a call saying my order won’t be coming because we’re too far away…. I’ve been getting food for 5 years from them and I tip the driver 20$ for delivery every time. At first I thought it was a joke… so we called them back and asked for a manager so we could check when the delivery distance was changed. The owner said “ they do deliver to us” then tried looking up my number for the order. He proceeded to say that no order was placed, like I was lying. Don’t know what kind of people they have working there but that’s bad business to me. I’m not a liar and will attach a picture of my call log. The sad part is, the pizza is good if you have the time to wait for it. But the service is HORRIBLE! I will be taking my business down the road to Villa Nova...

This place is terrible. We sat there for 70 minutes and didn’t get our food. Got some excuse about being short staffed even though the party that arrived after us was served and left before we even got our food- which is poor time management on the staff’s part. Finally had them box it up and got some paltry discount. I shouldn’t have even paid for it. I should have left- but family was hungry. What a disappointment. Staff was not nice or accommodating. Much better pizza elsewhere in New Buffalo. We are on vacation from CO and should have listened to those that warned us about the service there. AVOID…smh.

I’ve been a waitress for years and I’d apologize to my tables or my manager would come over and apologize or comp the food. There was like 2-4 tables seated in the whole place and one guy at the bar. The server could have communicated or apologized. I have a lot of empathy for businesses dealing with short staff…but not for people that act like they are entitled to tips for bad service when the place is practically empty.
