Went there last night for the first time specifically for a brand of concentrate that they have listed on their website and available to order, my boyfriend and I went in and immediately was sent to a budtender. From looking around the place was a mess, nothing was organized, stuff was just everywhere. It was not appealing at all. But we came here because we didn’t want to drive an hour away for this specific brand. I told the girl what we wanted, she looked at me like I was dumb. I told her it was available on their website, and in my experience if it’s available on the website it should be in store? She proceeded to ask the guy next to her, and he says “oh do you want resin or rosin? Any specific brand?” I repeated myself as to what we came for. And they said they didn’t have it. So my boyfriend purchased his jeeters and we left. I got back on the website and looked up the wax I wanted and it allowed me to order 7 grams of it. It said 15-25 minutes, I let 30 minutes go by and called and asked if my order was ready. She told me she would call me back, so I waited another 10 and she called and said that the reason it took so long was that they did not have it in stock and asked me if I wanted something else. I said no, it let me order quite a few so I’m confused as to why it let me order that many if it wasn’t in your inventory. I get on the website today and the 2 strains I ordered are gone but there is now a 3rd strain on there. Read moreI ordered online and while ordering it said because I’m a first time customer I get 50% the whole bill . I didn’t see it online when I was checking out so I called them to make sure I would get the 50% off so I could get more than intended. When I get there he tells me it’s $190 even though online everything I ordered came out to $125. I told him is that with the 50% off and he said yes. So I showed him my receipt and he still kept saying that it’s with the discount. He called another co worker over and lowered it to the actual 125 and when I said that doesn’t make sense because that’s the only price and when I called they said once I get here they will apply it in person. So with them not helping I had to have them take off 1/8 I ordered and it still came to 100 “with the discount” and whenever showed the receipt again they told me the prices are incorrect online and because they’re new they have some stuff to work out. That’s false advertising and many people I told to come here I had to tell them never mind because it’s a lie. They need to take the website down if it’s not accurate. They also were out of two strains I ordered and I got a text the order was ready even though when I got there he was running around looking for those.They were not apologetic at all.
