So I donāt know where to start from. I ordered 2 different sofa sets from them and both had problems. When I placed an order they told me they will deliver everything together on time. I needed everything before my sonās 1st birthday because I was having a big party at my new house. Placed an order in May, 2023 and within 3 weeks they were suppose to deliver . So on the day of the delivery, one of the sofa sets coffee table came different and they took it back and the other sofa set is all mess. The love seat piece on top is broken and I provided the picture . Plus no coffee table came of that set plus the single chair. I had to k them for my missing pieces. After scheduling for the 2nd time delivery they brought the wrong coffee table again and the single chair color is different than my other pieces. Thatās in July 26. I provided the picture so you guys can see how bad is their service. From JULY, 2023 till December , 2023 I donāt get any call from them itās just too funny to me. Disgusting customer service in overstock MD. Someone told me they will receive my missing pieces in their store on December 15 and I can call and schedule delivery. So after I called I hear December 26. What is this ????? So I ordered almost 9k worth furniture to have this kind of services ????????? Itās not 1k or 2k products. And the Manager behavior was really bad. Donāt know how to deal with customers who kept waiting for their furniture for that long. I told them I donāt want this. I am keep telling them from July. They did not reply and call me back. Now telling me itās late to return. Where is justice??? Please please donāt choose this specific store...

I was not notified when the furniture came in. I had to call them. The furniture was not delivered in 48 hours as they stated and advertised. I was asked to wait through the weekend to get our sofa and I had overnight guest coming in town which made the delivery delay a huge inconvenience. To make matters worse at delivery, they didnāt even have all of the items that I paid for!!! There was a $300 painting that did not come on the truck. When I called to speak with someone, they told me the item number was not correctly input, and they wouldn't call the associate to verify the item #. I was told to ājust wait until tomorrow.ā I asked for $100 discount for the delay, poor customer, service, and inconvenience I was told, No! - they cannot do this. I called to speak with the manager and left 2 messages for Sammy. I never got a return call. Sammy left for the day when I followed back up by phone. I truly believe Sammy never received my customer complaint or my messages. When you spend $1000s with a company, any reasonable person expects accountability, and good service. I did not get either in my first experience...

I purchased a complete bedroom set and mattress. Delivery took a while, but Tara had prepared me for that explaining their procedure is to wait for a full truck for delivery. I was fine with that. My items arrived approximately 2weeks later. Upon delivery, I noticed that 4 of the storage drawers were missing. I informed the office staff that day and was assured that I would receive them promptly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to call almost 10 times for another 2 weeks to inquire about when I would receive the drawers. Each time I was assured of a prompt delivery that never came. I was given the ultimate ārun around ā by Adam and Amaad(sp). I finally received the drawers today (around 5pm) after waiting all day. I purchased the items initially on July 22, 2025. Today, August 19th, I can happily state that my dealings with Hub Furniture have concluded. I will never do business with this company again!! There are too many furniture store options in the DMV for one to have to settle for the level of extremely poor service...
