Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Maryland

I NEVER write reviews, but BayBayyyy please let me tell you about this Popeyes right here! This Popeyes restaurant doesn’t have a drivethru, (which to me makes the experience more personal because you have to get out & go into the establishment & have that “face to face” moment). Nonetheless the food is ALWAYS FRESH, HOT & GOOD!😋

I’m a frequent user of the UberEats app & order from my favorite Popeyes in this area quite often. This particular time the delivery driver mixed up the orders, giving the next delivery destination my $30 order worth of food to the next delivery drop off customer & giving me their $13 order. I immediately contacted the Popeyes directly. The manager “Ms. W”😉 answered the telephone. I explained what happened, how PRESSED i was for this food and how my stomach was touching my back (i was STARVING) LOLOL she was laughing with me while i was being soooo dramatic (per youjj🤦🏽‍♀️😹🤷🏽‍♀️) over a chicken dinner meal. “Ms. W” quickly hopped on the telephone trying to contact the delivery driver after several attempts & not being able to do so, “Ms. W” immediately contacted UberEats (all this is going on while she had me on the other telephone she instructed me not to hang up because she was gonna get me fed. When i tell you she was so compassionate, patient, helpful, funny and courteous (just to name a few😜) i couldn’t believe it.

“Ms. W” is the kinda of person/people we need in these manger/supervisor positions!! I hope the lady in all the Popeyes commercials “Annie”/“Deidrie Henry” see’s this along with the executives/CEOs (of Popeyes) & the guy who does the show “Undercover Boss” find “Ms.W” & BLESSES her with all of hearts desires!! (Some people just deserve it & you can just tell/feel it😻)

Great experience at this Popeyes! I have been to many different fast food places and Popeyes is definitely a favorite. The music, decorations, and most importantly, the FOOD, is great and well thought out. This particular place was one I haven't been to and despite the busyness in the street, they still managed to get my food out in less than 10 minutes after I had ordered it. The line, as usual, was pretty long but like I said, less than 10 minutes! So it didn't even matter. Ordering my food I didnt feel pressured, rather welcomed and appreciated of my presence. The staff looked experienced and ready to serve. The cashier took my order quickly and in no time was out the door! If you're around and want some good fried chicken, make sure to check this store out because you'll be in and out before you know it and you'll have enjoyed your visit! Shout out to Donna, you doin...
