I've frequented this store many times because I live near. Every time I go into the store, I'm frustrated and I usually end up leaving without a purchase. I usually can't find the sales products I'm looking for, it's hard to get someone to help you and when they do, they're trying to help 3-4 at one time. You're waiting and waiting even though you were there first. They seem to be short of help. There's lots of stuff behind the counter where reps are stumbling over items.
I've talked to the managers and they said to visit the store on their less busy days. I visited the store on yesterday (supposed to be slow day) and ended up leaving without extending my anti-virus protection because I became so frustrated of the same issues. I also had to repeat my phone number three times because the rep. refused to write it down.
When I do take my laptop in for services, as frequent as two weeks ago, I had the same problems along with repeating my issue twice to two different reps. I dropped off my laptop for service and I was promised that it would be ready by Mon. I return to store on Tues.,and it still wasn't ready. I was told that the rep. tried to leave me a message. When I got home, I called my phone and it was working fine.
I also ordered a poster and was given a stated price. I was told it was ready and when I arrived, it wasn't ready and I was given a different price.

Read moreMarch 30, 2019 1:00 pm, I arrived to pick up a custom stamp pad which was ready yesterday, however after the clerk looking for the items for 15-20 minutes gave up, he ask me to see the manager on duty which he said he paged. Another 15 minutes passed, I see this manager just walking around the store, I asked the clerk at the copy center to page him again. He approaches, I asked him what can he do for me, maybe he can have the items delivered to me since they could not even find my items. He replies, I was not here last night, I do not know. I responded they What do you know, WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT FOR HIM FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES, IF HE SAYS I DO NOT KNOW. What kind of manager is he ? So I asked them to cancel the order, I wanted a receipt. Clerk said I cancelled it already. I asked for a receipt. Clerk said no need for the receipt. Low and behold when I call up the store April 1, The on duty manger (female) says the ITEMS ARE NOT CANCELLED YET. So somebody was lying to me (clerk on duty @ copy center). My mother patronized this location yesterday evening and was treated so poorly by two of your employees in the copy center, one of them being Tyler (seems like a recurring theme here). She is 66 years old! Tyler got frustrated because he didn’t know how to use the print center. When he couldn't figure out how to correctly operate the equipment, he shoved papers at her while stating “you can do this yourself!” When my mother asked him to notify the manager he said, “You can get her yourself, I’m not gonna spoon feed you.” Are you serious!! Spoon feed her...as if she's a child. Tyler needs some serious customer service training. Not to mention, his supervisor was standing right there and witnessed the entire ordeal and said nothing…absolutely NOTHING!! What kind of manager doesn’t manage? Please assist these staff members with customer service/management training. My mother has been patronizing Staples for over 20 years. Imagine someone speaking to your mother or grandmother this way.
