It’s really a shame. This was my favorite place to go. I would drive 25 miles from Sharon because their products were better than Rise, which is located right in Hermitage. In the last four months every single product they have is like a second rate product and they’re not even getting anything in anywhere near the quality of other dispensaries. I picked up products that were eight months old twice and returned them. Yesterday, three of the things I ordered in my cart were from early June so I switch them out with another brand and ended up spending hundreds of dollars on some overpriced dabs that tasted like absolutely nothing. I don’t know what they did with their management in the last four or five months. But I doubt I will waste any more money here until something changes. The local dispensary in Hermitage has been killing it lately, with all kinds of deals and new fresh products. AYR is just not purchasing I guess. I hate to leave a bad review, and I never even leave reviews, but in my believe this AYR is now the dollar general of...
Read moreI was very ambivalent going into Ayr Wellness the first time, right after I received my card. I had absolutely NO IDEA what to expect. After I completed the introductory paperwork and had my temperature taken, I was encouraged to enter "the inner sanctum," the place where the products are kept. I know virtually NOTHING about these products, but I DID know what I was in need of - PAIN RELIEF (broken ribs and spinal fracture, not good). The concierge took me under her wing and explained things thoroughly and methodically. She suggested products that would specifically target the type of pain that I'm having, and for once, I enjoyed my evening instead of being curled in a pain-ball on the heating pad!! I HIGHLY recommend Ayr Wellness. The only item on my "Ayr wish list" is THC patches. Hint, hint, owners. I think you'd do brisk business on them if you ordered in patches, even...
Read moreThe friendly customer service, exterior and interior ambience, bureaucratic persistence and product offerings are excellent. There is much to learn about marijuana from terminology to products to absorption methods. Most of my recent focus is on picking up product that is ordered online. It has ample feedback, is fast and is pleasant.
My thanks for this business following good COVID-19 best practices throughout the pandemic.
There is a fair amount of "red tape", process and security concerns. I appreciate the help that is sometimes very significant. One example was the first time I visited as a "caregiver". There was some disconnect between my account in the Pennsylvania database and the patient. The Ayr folks handled it.
The only major annoyance is the state or possibly federal hands off aspect of money. Convenience is expensive which isn't a fault of...
