CVS — Local services in New Castle

I would not recommend this location or CVS in general based on the terrible response with COVID clinics. Results that WERE scheduled for 2-4 turn around WERE 5-7 days yesterday (when you could get through to the phone number) and ARE 7-10 days (maybe more in some area's) today. In addition, the minute clinic service center phone number hangs up on you at the end of the recording with NO other options for help. You could try to call the location (East Washingtong Street) if you want an incredibly rude and entitled woman on the other end of the phone to talk down to you and push you aside. Shameful service CVS... don't get into the game if you don't have the resources...

The employees and manager at this location are always friendly and willing to help if/when needed. They are patient with their customers and still believe in delivering customer service at the highest standards. If something isn't in stock they will look to see if it is available online or at another location within reasonable distance. No bathrooms at CVS? Seriously? That’s unacceptable. I stopped shopping here before because of their lack of basic customer service, and only returned because Rite Aid shut down. Big mistake.
