Tessie was my student; Jada was her instructor. Tessie was methodical, thoughtful, careful, thorough, gentle, a great conversationalist and gave me one of the best shampoos, ( head massage) in all of my nearly 7 decades on earth. I previously worked at a salon in another state, with million dollar revenues, that didn’t provide the quality shampoo or other services I received here. I was so impressed. I had a head full of long hair that I had been letting go naturally gray. Tessie and Jada consulted with me, then with each other, and came up with exactly what was needed to get me back to the color I had been born with.

It was very easy to make an appointment over the phone with Jada and she was absolutely attentive to the needs of both me and her very capable student at all times. I was so impressed with my color, I returned later in the week for a facial and lip and eyebrow wax, again by Tessie who excelled at these services as well.

The cost for all of this was less than tips I’ve given at salons. I live out of state, but should I ever return to this area, I’ll definitely be utilizing...

Horrible!!!got a perm last may2016perm stayed in week !!Perm came out stunk for about a month!!Went to Famous Hair my Girl said they didn't rinse ur perm out she put conditioning in help with smell!!Called Beauty school no names I won't say but they said we would do again no money back!Then go down they had one top girls that was graduating was going to do my hair!!! shelooked said they should never did ur hair with dye in it!!She wouldn't touch my hair!!! soShe sail Malibu treatments I've done About ten already my hair is blonde failing out not from Malibu treatments it started when got that perm!!!!!!!!Sad part is chic was handling floor that day said well she needs this perm but we're out so use old stuff we have in back😂😂😂 ridiculous!!!! my hair is bull from u guys almost year now I've cut it three times blonde is still in my hair !!!!!!!!!!!U need give refunds back and have a teacher on that floor every minute!Everyone was up stairs eating watching video ridiculous on phones! Not sure what's going on with the current Director of this place. Called a month or so ago to set up a visit / tour for my daughter who's planning on going to Cosmetology school. The person who picked up the phone told me the Director was at their Butler location, and to leave name and phone number and "for sure she will definitely get back to you to schedule the visit." She never did. Called last week again to schedule visit. We set it up for 11am. We arrived 10:55am, were told to have a seat and she'll be with us shortly. 11:18am I was preparing to leave and be done with the place, when an instructor approached us and told us the Director was finishing up with a student. I decided to ask the instructor for information, and she ended up giving us the tour, told us most pieces of info we needed, and we left at 11:38, never meeting with the Director. Perhaps a series of coincidences? Does not inspire confidence this Director has a good handle on running...
