I received an Orchid for my Birthday; it was very skimpy but I tried to love it followed all the rules of care...each day I became more disappointed... I am 73 years old, my daughter took me to TARGET and I saw beautiful blooming orchids for $29,99; I know this was more expensive than that... so, for the first time today I looked at the card... I called realizing it had been a while, the website said I should have complained within 10 days.
I called and they said it was placed by a Florist out of D.C.; I explained that I understood that, however, they wrapped and delivered this skimpy plant to my door. She had me call Lee’s Flower and card in D.C. they will handle it from here.

Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience just now with “Paula”. Been a customer for years and she rudely inquired as to whether my order was for delivery or pick up. It went downhill from there. Certainly understand the struggles that businesses face as they emerge from the pandemic, but I would think they would welcome all the business they could get. Being so overwhelmed that you share that with the customer and allow it to reflect in your tone, is simply unacceptable! Just an overall poor customer experience. I’ll never order from here again!! I would urge you to consider giving your flower business to a florist that appreciates their customers and treats them...

I made the call, I am so pleased! I explained the situation, and who's funeral it was. I asked for a coordinating bouquet from her great grand daughters, and my price range was $50-$60. I walked into the funeral today to find the most outstandingly beautiful creation, perfectly matched to the gorgeous spray, without being redundant to the spray. You have a new, dedicated customer.
