Gameday Sportswear — Local services in New Franklin

This is my second year purchasing sportswear from these two ladies. My daughter cheer for football and they come to the practice field and print the shirts off. The ladies that come and very professional and polite. And they really go above and beyond on customer satisfaction cause some the parents is too much and the lines are always long when they come so these ladies do there thing up there at that field. Last year one of the ladies had a broken hand or thumb and was still up there printing shirts and doing it with a smile. Also they are very fast. The quality is great i bought two shirt last season in 2016 with glitter and every speck of glitter is still in place after many washes lol and wear and tear . I never had any problem with shrinkage or fading plus the price was great!!! . I love this place !!!! And what they do for the cental raider family...

Just a heads up for anyone wanting order anything custom made: Do not order from Gameday Sportswear. I ordered a sparkly black bookbag for my daughter to use during GBYF cheer season in August. I called three separate times since then to check the status of the bag and received three excuses for why it wasn’t completed. I called again yesterday and they said it would be done today. It was. The transfer is approximately six inches high on the front pouch of the bag. They did not initiate contact with me at all throughout this process and then that is what I received after waiting 3 months when the season was over. They issued a refund for the bag and even the young man working the counter said the owner should already retire. Extremely poorly run business. We ordered our daughter's letterman jacket. Cost is a bit pricey but I think that is in relation to the jacket itself to create and probably similar to other stores. More importantly, the staff at Gameday was incredibly helpful! They were very patient as we tried to decide on what we wanted and they provided their years of experience on what looks the best. They even had sample jackets to help us visualize and size appropriately. Thank you so much for your help! We are excited to see the final product when it's all done.
