STOP & CHILL — Local services in New Freedom

What great customer service, let me explain . I bought 2 of my favorite flavor Elf bars I stopped in and they had a sale . I tried them out they tasted differently then the previous one from a different shop . I figured maybe it was just my taste as it was new . Next day I was like wow these are awful. I had the box so I scanned it it was a fake so was the second. I went to my first place bought one scanned the box it verified it was real . I took the fakes right to Sam the owner at Stop &Chill and explained. We scanned the whole box of that flavor all fakes we scanned some other flavors all real. Sam and his wife where so super friendly and he called his distributor immediately while I was still there ! Look fakes happen everywhere the owners and employees don’t always know . Sam let me get two different ones to try and apologized so much . I was beyond happy they listened and where willing to refund me etc . They have a great store there is so much stuff in that store that’s worth stopping in and checking them out . Their friendly disposition is so welcoming and worth checking out for that as well. Honestly, this place has the best prices in PA and I will never go to another store again because one right down the road charged triple for what they charge and they are charging straight retail. The other place is gouging you so pick this place if you want to be treated fair and not be robbed. And the other place I’m talking about is the Exxon station by Wendy’s and yes, they are a Vape store too because they have a separate register for all the Vape merchandise so don’t let them for you. They should be charging Vape...

The staff was extremely nice and they actually took the time to get to know me a stranger who had no money and just wanted to talk bless this spot when I get paid I will make sure to spread the wealth especially at this spot it's in a great location and it literally has everything you can dream of within the nicotine bracket of smokable items and an array of other smokes.
