Link's Variety — Local services in New Gloucester

I was searching around to get a quick taste of Maine on a Sunday evening and many places were closed. I stopped in here after remembering I'd heard their breakfast was good. I was hoping for some clam strips or crab cakes but neither was on the menu so I settled for a fried fish sandwich and some fried pickles. Before I go on, let me just say, I am obsessed with fried pickles. I get them every time I see them on the menu and am always comparing them. Hands down, these were some of the best I've ever eaten. Have been stopping by for fuel, terrific breakfast sandwiches that are hot off the grill @ 6 a.m.ish. With COViD 19 their menu may well be take out limited for now: the usual pizza, sandwiches, breakfast selections, fridge with salad variety one would expect.
