Sadly I cannot recommend this location. I’ve been here 3 times for nails, got my makeup done and my hair done here. Every time I left I was disappointed.
Nails: they do not do a full manicure. They don’t clean up the cuticles, use a warm towel, and some of the time don’t provide lotion after the manicure. The nails lifted and they fixed mine twice, with no apology or discount. Another time I got my nails done I could still see the last color under my new color. They charge $37 for a gel manicure and don’t include typical aspects of a normal manicure.
Hair: I went as soon as they reopened from covid. I asked for a balayage and they recommended a full highlight instead to save money. When she washed my hair, the stylist had to ask for someone to help brush my hair. I wasn’t excited about the outcome of my hair. And she cut a lot off the ends. I ended up paying $80 for a cut, color, wash and dry.
Makeup: I booked my appointment online for makeup. I wanted to get it done for our engagement photos. I went for a nail appointment the day before our photos (and when I was supposed to get my makeup done). I was talking to the nail technician and asked how long the makeup takes. She told me that it did not take long because they can only do eyes right now. The site didn’t mention that nor was I called in advance regarding this. She offered to color match my foundation and describe how I should apply it. When she did this I figured I would get a sample of the foundation to apply the next day after getting my eyes done. She said I had to purchase the foundation in addition to paying for the makeup appointment. When I came for my makeup appointment, I told the makeup artist I don’t normally wear makeup and I’d like for the makeup to look more natural. When she showed me the finished product, I was shocked. I asked her to dull the eyes down more. She used black on my eye lids and when I came home my fiancé thought I had two black eyes. I did get a $15 discount on the makeup appointment which helped since they didn’t do my foundation but ultimately I ended up redoing my makeup for the shoot. The makeup was normally $40. I ended up paying $25. I also ended up buying primer because they said I would need it for the photo shoot, which was $25 as well.
Maybe I hit them on off days! Not sure...

Read moreMy original hairstylist called out 6 hours before my appointment. Was trying on wedding dresses the next day so wanted my hair done and took the only other available appointment that night. Turns out the only person available had done my hair before year ago (I did not recognize it was her until I was in her chair) and not well. I went back and had it re-done then, but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and give it another shot. Well the same thing happened again this time. I specifically asked for a full highlight and to be as blonde as possible, she even repeated those words back to me. Well without any communication to me, apparently my stylist decided to only complete a partial highlight. Needless to say, I didn’t like it and felt BARELY any blonder than before my service. So I went back in to see a different stylist a couple days later, who was amazing and did great. But it was not until I got there for the re-do did I find out that the initial stylist only did a partial, so my re-do full highlight could no longer be fully complimentary as I was previously told because re-dos can only be done for what the original service. It was like a slap to the face both times I walked into that salon this week. So, L&L wanted to charge me for TWO partial highlights. All I wanted was one full highlight, a service that is only $8 more than a partial, from the stylist I trusted and booked well in advance for. They worked with me and charged me for half of a partial for the re-do and again that stylist did a great job, even adding additional products/service free of charge because it was the right thing to do for my hair/the result I wanted. I cannot say that of the first stylist, who rushed through my 5pm appointment, charged me for a gloss I did not ask for and cut corners on the things I did ask for, did not communicate at all the switch from full to partial (something I would not have been agreeable to) and did not at all provide a service that was even close to what I asked for, for the second time. I appreciate the small discount I was given, but it was still far more expensive and damaging to my hair, not to mention beyond frustrating. I will not be...
