Monte Carlo Italian Pizzeria — Restaurant in New Hanover Township

I honestly gotta give this place a 2 star. I gave them a chance. It's been our 4th time ordering from them. They unfortunately measure up to the rest in the area. Ehhhhh. However I had way better. I delivered for all delivery apps that's how I found about this place. Very very blahhhh and the price is laughable. I certainly dont mind paying good money for good food. In being blunt no thank you. Especially after 4 times. We all have bad days...but a Monday please. Try too step it up with more quality. Money isn't always an issue but taste IS. GOOD LUCK. God bless y'all. You need it. It's a Monday in February. Please no excuses and if you give one? They are unacceptable. Enough no more excuses. Edit* I'm trying to respond but cannot. So..I am here. Our French fries sucked. The chicken quesadilla was bland and noooo salsa. Its sucks....not too mention you all messed up my orders in the past to be precise the chicken fajita buttttt.....hey no one is perfect but own up too it and your prices. Have a blessed day. Second bad experience, won't ever waste my money here again. Very sad to say but I ordered a Hoagie (Which had condiments on that I did not order (ALOT OF OIL) and the ones I did order to be put on was not, when I returned it to the counter for correction, I was told I was wrong that there was no oil put on the sandwich and I clearly know the taste of oil and what it looks like on bread, they folded over my sandwich and GLOBBED mayo on my sub!) SUBWAY puts more meat on their sandwiches. Cheesesteaks are decent but again there is hardly ANY MEAT put in the sandwich to even enjoy it. Also something that is HUGE for me in any kind of RESTAURANT no one is friendly at least the few times I've been here. $33 of hard earned money wasted for a small Bacon Cheese burger with ONE piece of bacon ($6.00) Small Ham and cheese Hoagie ($8.00) Small Cheese Fries with very little watered down cheese ($5.00) 6 Mozzarella Stick ($6.00) and two bottled sodas. My boyfriend and I have ordered regularly from Monte Carlos since we moved to the area 2 years ago. We have typically ordered through their website and had the food delivered without issue. This evening we ordered our through the website, received the confirmation email and waited for over an hour. My boyfriend called and asked if there was an issue and the worker said that the food was ready the driver hasn’t picked it up. My boyfriend then asked if he could come get the food but asked if we could get a new order because the food had been sitting on the counter for over 40-45 minutes, the individual on the phone said ok. My boyfriend went to Monte Carlo, the gentleman behind the counter refused to remake the food and said that Monte Carlo doesn’t have a website and that it was DoorDash or another delivery service that messed up the order pick up.
