Dollar General — Local services in New Hartford

One of the best looking DGs I've been to. The curb appeal was also pretty. When I went on a Sunday, it was pretty quiet. I try to go on Saturdays because you can use their $5 coupon.

From what I saw, the shelves were pretty organized and clean. I did notice some employees stocking the shelves; hence the pile of items waiting to be unloaded on the aisles.

They had a mix and match, buy one get one 50% off aisle that was disorganized. We bought two items and didn't get the second one 50% off. We read the fine print regarding which items were excluded but since the aisle was disorganized, we weren't sure if it was truly part of the sale. I think they should keep all items that were on this particular sale promotion in one spot so it's easy to find; items not part of the sale should be separated.

Overall, it is one of my favorite stores and I'm glad that there is one...
