On a recent visit to the HARDENCO HQ, I had a surreal feeling that I was standing in a workshop that produces some of the most incredible jeans & pants, jackets, shirts, and accessories that can be found anywhere on the planet. Built to last a lifetime, with a combination of the best materials that exist, by true craftswomen and -men, the process of researching, selecting, and owning products made by HARDENCO is a wonderful (and perspective altering) experience. The only thing that could rival the quality and durability of their goods, is the expertise, thoughtfulness, and collaborative approach put forth by everyone working for the company. You will be met with the same level of care, enthusiasm, and attention to detail whether you are shopping for a pair of jeans off the shelf, or inquiring about a full custom commission. These jeans have so much character, I feel they're more apt to wear me than I am them. Never has putting on pants in the morning been such a visceral ritual--I now live my life with the emptiness that comes with knowing that nothing will ever feel as good as my jeans.

He always seemed to have his own business, working for himself, his ideas and great personal drive to do it every day.
