It’s hard to believe I haven’t left a review for SHA yet. From the coaches down to fellow athletes, this community is top notch. I’ve grown so incredibly much as a person, in the gym and out, thanks to SHA. They push you in all the right ways, but also listen to and understand any concerns you may have. They’re able to modify if something hurts or if you’re just a little scared to start something you’ve never done before. You can tell that everyone is genuine about helping you succeed and reach your goals. This place has quite literally become my second home.
Classes (functional fitness, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, personal training) offer a range of scalability options so that no matter your fitness level or experience, you can participate.
