Beautiful plants and flowers in the greenhouse and a lovely Koi pond area. This is where the one star was merited. I brought my elderly residents there for a tour, and two staff members were friendly and helpful. However one man in particular was rude and very dismissive to me and my group. I think they got lazy and not really interested in making the botanic garden what it can really be. It has a lot of potential but the people working there must be willing to make it more interesting. I think if they add a few more interesting flowers, add some decors, this could be a gem for New Haven tourist...
