I would seriously advise no one do this geothermal stuff especially with this company tried to get some answers on how the system works from them I got nothing but invasive attitude. The ground is not going to heat your house the only way the ground will heat your house as if you have any pipes running close to a hot water spring or a lava flow. The ground will insulate but even being in the ground the ground will suck out some of the heat in the first place so why would you have a heating Source in your home and send it outside under the ground just to return into your home I could not get these people to explain this situation and all I got was attitude and then telling me I need to find another company to deal with just because I wanted some explanation on how this works.
