I called Tuesday evening. ESPN no picture and pixilating. No response from NKTELCO. Same issues again this evening. Also happening on MLB Network. And other channels. Called to report. After hours employee said I would have to pay to get the issues fixed. She had no idea what she was talking about. Definitely was not a NKTELCO employee. After I hung up on her I received a call from an NKTELCO employee who apologized for the non-customer service person. Within 15 minutes a tech named Tyler was at me house. Super nice gentlemen. Apologized and went to work on my issue. Did everything he could by replacing fittings and wires and cables. Helped the issues but could not stop the pixilating. He said it was happening in other customers as well. Seems as though it may be a bigger issue than just my home. Tyler was awesome. The non-NKTELCO employee was definitely not. They were very respectful of the property and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything and we didn’t even have to change wi-Fi passcodes on our other devices that were connected to our previous spectrum Internet. Called in multiple times, never really fixed issues. Was paying $95+ a month for 25mgb, and somewhat reliable. We switched to T-Mobile for $60 a month and minimum speeds of 125 to 250. When I called to cancel, they never even asked why, and again when I dropped off my equipment they never asked why.
